Mnemonics: Strengthening thinking skills of students with special needs

In 1998 this article was published to explain ways that were being developed to heighten the learning of special needs students. It talks about special needs students learning only in a "general learning environment", and how it doesn't benefit the children. Also, it presents a new strategy to teaching special needs students and giving them an education they can use in the future.
